I dont have much info about him so far, but he is a part of the bounty hunters team and his voiceclaim is Marc Thompson.

The only people that despise Ceaser are Knifey, the whole G3 (even though they're dead..), and Sheath.

It's mostly due to the fact he's a cop and will become strict towards those guys if they do something illegal. Not to mention he'll keep a close eye on them to make sure they aren't doing any of them.

man i post way to much about revealing ocs than posting content with em-

ANYWAYS FUNFACTS:

ArtTime wasnt supposed to be an oc at all — at first they were TwoTime in Artful's outfit!

they have a blocktales design which i'll probably post

they have spawn markings on their elbows and knees

their backstory is...rather something: they were the runt of the litter of family who didnt looked like them at all,They were mostly neglected and ignored until a huge fire took over their village - luckily they were one of few to survive,but other villagers thought that ARTTIME had started the fire (since they were often called a 'demon child' bcuz of their "unique" additions) and wanted to kill them. luckily ArtTime somehow survived since the authorities from next town intervened and they got into a foster home. After some time in the foster system they finally got fostered!... with one of their foster parents being a spawnist cultist (no. not TwoTime)

ArtTime was often called a "blessing from spawn" from the foster parent

ArtTime was castrated at birth (yes. i know a weird funfact)

ArtTime WOULD crossdress, willingly

they are Flexitarian!

they have slight fear of fire

their love interest? next post probably

they do have a 2nd life form - with them having a bat wings with their bones, more ragged clothes + sharper triangle ends
