One of the first signs of my depression was anxiety-induced insomnia.
I sleep better when I take very small doses (about 0.02 grams of hash in one serving) before bed. It reduces my anxiety and helps me get a good night's sleep.
Without it, I have trouble falling asleep, have nightmares, and toss and turn many times without being able to fall asleep.
Too many nights I didn't sleep well, my anxiety spiraled out of control causing my nights to become more insomnia and I fell into depression.
So, for me, yes, it helps me fight depression.
