Damon and Alice.
blood-sucking-vampire:
Damon noticed the young woman with the apple, he hadn’t seen her when he first came into the room. He watched her bite into the apple. Seeing the red stain on it he grinned licking his lower lip. “Blood.” He whispered to him self. Thinking he was a vampire Damon would drink his own blood and other people’s he would cut them or bite them just to get his fix. Walking over to the young woman’s corner Damon picked up the apple she had set aside and took a bite of the blood stained fruit. “ Hey.” He said munching on the apple sitting him self down on the floor beside her. “ I guess I’m the new kid here.” He said with his bad boy smile as he looked to her. @diliereem
"Kid?" She had a hard time believing they were even in the same age range. He hardly even looked like he was twenty. She gave a harumph of a sound as he seemed to introduce himself. "I suppose your name is Kid then?" she asked as she watched him eat her apple which was far too hard. She licked her bleeding gums and cursed their tenderness. Alice looked to him with her electric green eyes before plucking her apple back from the thief. "I do hope you have a better name for yourself."
Damon and Alice.
As he was escorted into the ‘wreck hall’ full of the other patients that seemed to be talking to them self’s , sitting in a corner or watching the t.v that hung on the wall Damon glanced around at his ‘new home’ for the next number of months. Wearing the grey clothes they had given him he walked around the massive room taking in everything around him. Damon was known for being the ‘bad boy’ type, girls seemed to love it but it was when he started to brag to them about him being a vampire that people started to worry about Damon’s mental health, and with a few worried talks from his doctor Damon was locked away in this hell hole. He wasn’t happy he was bored, but that didn’t mean Damon couldn’t make his own fun.
"Yes Daddy," she stated softly into the phone's reciever as she paranoidly turned to look behind herself. "I love you too papa. I have to go. Yes -- I've been taking my medicine again. Pease. I have to go." She hung up and reviewed the people around her carefully. She didn't see anything quite of interest. Her mind was hardwired with safety in mind. Moving among the other mad peoples, she stole an apple and made her way to the corner of the room to keep her back to the wall. She took a bite, carefully and she felt her gums bleed. Setting the stained apple aside, she curled up with her limbs to her chest.

Ω The young woman stared at her falsified findings. The computer screen seemed glare back at her angrily. She took a deep breath as she pressed send and closed her bright green eyes slowly as she tried not to cry. She had never, ever in her wildest dreams thought twice about protecting Mya, but betraying her own integrity was a sinking feeling. Alice wiped away a bitter tear as she shut off the screen. Looking towards the physical evidence, she felf her heart sink more at the idea of Mya having to suffering more when she brought up the topic.
Ω Picking up her phone, she sent a quick text [meet me at the house?] The house meant their old tree house. Since Mya had lost her fiancee -- boy, theyw ere something out of a fairy tale. The greatest love Alice hadever seen with her own two eyes and it had been the greatest tragedy they both had suffered. Alice knew she had lost her friend that night too. This had only been the affirmation of her mental breakdown. She was quiet as she pocketed her phone and started to go through the motions of sanitation and things like that before going home.
Ω Alice arrived at the tree house at nearly ten and took her flashlight to make her way up.
Ω It sounded like a clock. Almost. It sounded different from any real clock she had heard. It seemed more like a toy when she listened carefully. Alice pulled the vorpal blade from it's hidden spot in her bag as she pushed her way further into Londerland. In her new world, the order was strange. Things would be consistently one thing, then another. It had been too long since the darker parts of Wonderland had shown itself to her.
Ω Coming to a single light post, she found the remains of a cat. It was frozen to the cement. "Poor thing," she stated emphatically as she tilted her head to look at it. Taking the blade from her bag, she knealt to begin peeling it away from the cement. "I do hope you don't feel this."
“Alice! My sweet girl!” Vincent crooned. The young girl looked up from her thin soup with a sigh. It had long ago gone cold. She had been distracted by Caliban. As monstrous as the man thought himself, he was quite sweet to her and she had a young girl’s heart. She was still pink in the cheeks from his presence and she turned instead to Vincent.
“Yes, sir?” she asked as she set the cold meal aside to turn to her employer. “I need you to do me a favor,” he stated as he glanced briefly at her bowl and grimaced. She knew he thought her far too thin. He produced a ticket much like a magician would, out of thin air and a slight of hand. Alice marveled always at the old man’s talent. “Are you asking me to be your spy again?” the young girl asked as she felt the beginnings of a deadly smile furl on to her lips.
“Why yes, indeed, Miss Liddell.”
She smiled as she took the ticket from her hand and he also produced a few pounds, “and please eat something, will you?”
The production was dazzling. The blood, the carnage, the story! But, Alice hadn’t let herself be taken by the dark fantasy. She had dissected the story critically. Turning to survey the now empty seats, with the exception of a person not too far from her, she decided to ask them her question.
“Did you like it??”

❝Let’s take this from the start. The thief bumped into the young woman & took off with her purse?❞ “Right.” ❝& then the woman pursued the thief?❞ “Right, constable.” ❝& what did you say occurred next?❞ “The woman caught up with the poor runt and ripped his throat out with her bare hands!” ❝Are you sure?❞ “Course I am! Th-There was blood everywhere !! ”
This was the first time anyone seemed to have heard of the bizarre and murderous woman. After this event she seemed to disappear, evading detection. Had she left London? Would the vengeful creature strike again? Who was to say? Perhaps the public was merely too interested in those cheep books, the penny dreadfuls, and those bloody horror theatre productions. Or perhaps there was more to the story. Since the incident with the thief Carmilla had been flying low; she didn’t care about the attention of the public ― that, she could handle ― she didn’t want to attract the attention of Mamma. This however did not keep her from attending social events or attractions. She sat alone in the dimly lit theatre, which specialized in Grand Guignol-like productions. The show had been a hit. The only remaining seat was to the woman’s righthand side. Whoever sat beside here would have the pleasure ― or misfortune ― of sitting with Carmilla.

"Ma'am, may I ask you a question?"

A thick fog had descended and Nathan’s lantern was useless for seeing more than a few feet in front of him.
“Toby,” he shouted into the cold night air. How would he ever find his dog like this?
The darkness surrounded Alice. Her back was to a wall, wary of all the shapes she could make out in the fog. The distorted sound of a voice became clearer and she leaned towards it. "There is no Toby here," she stated, "Just I."

“I need to talk to you.”
The young girl paused in her careful stitching and she turned her head to creature. Immediately, she interwove the needle to remember her place and she placed her work aside, "Are you alright Caliban?"
The Guignol’s seating was empty. The wind howled something fearsome outside and she closed the door behind herself as she entered. Hearing a sound, she swiveled her head about, "Caliban is that you?"
"Be a friend, hand me that contraception to your right?"
