Design of the outfit from @madelee, who posted a sketch of it and I really liked the idea, so thankfully I was given permission to put my spin on it. I initially didn't realize the skirt and shoulders were supposed to be transparent and holo, which I thought would be a challenge considering I only use SAI... but it was really easy actually.

Just in time for Halloween, and Zim has the best costume out there.
