We don’t need no fanfics, we have Jikook
So, me and my wonderful friend @onedayinjul did a completely scientific study that proves that jikook are living in fanfiction (are a living fanfiction). So strap your seatbelts, cause we’re welcoming you to our journey through genres and warnings on a ride that is Jimin and Jungkook’s relationship.
Yeah yeah, we know, Jungkook never really hated Jimin, he was just a young baby tsundere, who couldn’t deal with his feelings. But for the sake of the art that is fanfiction, we love to dramatize a bit. What a beautiful story of accepting themselves and each other it appears to be. Oh, and apparently that’s a narrative used by antis, so let’s all enjoy their faces so full of anger and hatred they possess towards each other. See it? We neither.
What we do have though, is Jimin and Jungkook mutually pining. Can you blame them though? We wouldn’t. It’s not like they seem to have control of how they’re looking at each other with eyes full of love and tenderness. Hell, sometimes I think they’re pining even now, and that’s considering I believe there’s a great chance of them actually being together, romantically.
Yeah, so does it even require explanation? Their relationship is very telling and very sweet. Still praying for those who have to suffer from that almost everyday. Our thoughts go to Namjoon and Hoseok, our brave warriors, and also Jin, Tae and Yoongi. We feel you.
They gained fame at a very young age and they worked so hard for that. Obviously, they have their ups and (break)downs. Luckily, they have found each other, they have found their members. Jimin and Jungkook are each other’s light and nobody can take it away from them.
5. Established Relashionship
Old married couple. They bicker over small things, they travel together, Jimin basically dragging Jungkook with him to go sightseeing. They laugh and cry together, they stay in tune with each other even from opposite sides of the room or stage. They are so domestic, it shows through the screens and shines bright when they get once again stuck in their own personal bubble.
6. UST (Unresolved Sexual Tension)
So, that happened. Like multiple times. In episodes, bangtan bombs, on live-streams. Good thing they are not teens anymore, cause the tension was so thick you could cut it with a knife. They still get like this sometimes, and it feels very intruding to see them so close up and intimate. At least it’s not as awkward, I guess.
There, right there. They broke our reality, they opened the Pandora box, they gave us all heart attacks. At this point, I wouldn’t even be surprised if they are writing some of the AUs just for shits and giggles.
I mean, I’m not the one to believe in destiny, but when it’s right in my face, I can’t help but wonder if soulmates really do exist. After all, Jimin and Jungkook have not 1, not 2, not even 3, but freAKING FOUR MATCHING MOLES. What even is that. How. Why. I give up with them. I give up.
