Well, isn’t this weird.

What the fuck I really hate my facebook. There is a law being passed here about background checks and guns because it’s really lenient and if you don’t have a background check within like three months, you get a gun anyways. They even told my dad (who would have nothing to worry about) that he didn’t get a background check. So out of curiosity, I saw someone post about it and looked at the comments and someone seriously said they were opposing it in case of the zombie apocalypse. Like are you fucking serious? Adding stricter background checks wouldn’t even change anything unless you’re a criminal or mentally ill. The whole reason this is on the ballot is because of a school shooting we had earlier this year where a mentally ill person didn’t get a background check and shot up a school to try and recreate columbine. Like this was in the international news. This was a block away from my house. Also even if gun laws stayed the same, you wouldn’t have a fucking gun for the apocalypse anyways because it takes like three months to be allowed a gun.

SO FUCKING DONE WITH GEEK CULTURE RIGHT NOW WHY IS THAT YOUR REASON FOR OPPOSING STRICTER BACKGROUND CHECKS AND LIMITING GIVING GUNS AWAY TO PEOPLE WHO MAY HAVE CRIMINAL BACKGROUNDS.
