Got a lot on my mind. Lot of things I want to try and let go of, and things I’m trying hard to keep close.
Gotten myself into one too many projects yet again, and I’m worried that I’m unable to be a part of it, or that I can’t give what I should to it.
But that’s okay. All I can do is try and have faith that everything will work out the way it should. Other than that, whatever happens, happens.

Todays work as I refine my process, finding more need for me to introduce a shadin ball to emulate the scene's light conditions to help me plot my shadows. Also getting an idea of how to render fabrics. TY to SnepizStoned on X for letting me use your goober!
Hard Reference/Study to develop some new rules of thumb to add onto my current structuring method. Also played around with shading, moving away from straight black. These studies are really nice for learning as it takes the weight of the end goal away and simply allows you to focus on how to make said end goal. Rather than experimenting and looking for a certain result, you have the result and are experimenting on how to get there.
Its important to remember that you are not trying to study to make a good work or as practice. The goal is to learn something, ANYTHING. The larger the study, the bigger scope of things you can find to critique yourself. Take note of the things you want to get better at, that way you can collect the proper resources for more specific studies. The knowledge you take away from the study shouldn't necessarily be from someone else, it should be what you can extrapolate and UNDERSTAND for yourself. The information provided by others should be trusted but verified, critique the info and confirm how much of it is actually of help to you!

Been watching a lot of James Bond lately, specifically Daniel Craig’s James Bond. Interesting stuff. Also been playing Supreme Commander 2, might move on to Tropico.
