New Years Resolution: Finally listen to The Magnus Archives and stop putting it off </3

Halfway done with Part 58 and got to the point where they talk about how “Faroe’s Song” wasn’t for Faroe and it was for Arthur.. damn. I always thought that her song was so sad. Now I figure it’s because it’s based off her death and not who she actually was as a person.

It wasn’t for his daughter who died because of his carelessness or lapse in judgement, it was for himself. A pity song for HIS loss, HIS misery, HIS guilt- not for Faroe. It wasn’t “Faroe’s Song” it was “Arthur’s Lament.” He really had to let her go.

Oh Arthur, you never let me fully commit to the idea of having Faroe back.
