i feel like ive come to the end of my time at my current job as i dont think its really a good fit and im not really learning much anymore. i know what i need to do to find a new job but this one is just so exhausting with a long commute and a frustrating workplace. any tips for finding the energy to put the work in to find, well, new work??

If you have any sick days or vacation days saved up at your current job... use them to find a new job. Because job searching can be a job in itself and it's a LOT of work and energy.

Until you find a new job, your priorities outside of work should be 1) rest and self-care, and 2) job searching. If you can shuffle anything else off your plate, do so.
