Respawn (~185 lbs)
Alright. So today is day 1 of my respawn. I haven’t been on optifast in any way shape or form since July. I haven’t really stuck to a diet or exercise plan for over a couple weeks in the past 6-7 months. And, honestly, I’m good with that.
It sucks, sure, but thankfully I’ve only put on an additional 10-15 lbs. If you consider how happy I’ve been (usually that makes me eat more. Love = weight gain for me), and how often I’ve indulged in whatever my tummy desires, you’d see that 10-15 lbs as a total win. I do. I got my head and my heart right.
But I’m jumping back into my VLCD and I’m grateful to continue my journey after a seemingly brief layover. Will 2017 be the year I reach my weight loss goal? I hope so.Â
Moving suuuuuuuucks
I really want to get into the gym, but I’m moving so soon and cancelled my membership.Â
Still losing weight... down another 2-3 lbs and bouncing between 169 and 170. Fortunately (or unfortunately) this meant I needed to return my bridesmaid dress for my friend’s wedding this October. Size 10 wuddup!?!
Werk.
Back in the saddle
One week back on with Optifast. Hadn’t been making any progress weight-loss-wise, even though I have been maintaining my weight.
Last I checked, I’m around 173 lbs and still hoping to get down to 150 lbs(maybe by next year?)
Getting ready to move out of state, which means I’ll no longer have the weight management program to go to for my planning/food/exercise, which is causing a little anxiety. Hopefully, I can keep it up on my own or find something similar in Portland!Â
Old journal comic. I found a bunch of these I never posted, so will try to post more.
If you like this, definitely check out Mare Odomo’s Stuff. I hope I’m not ripping him off too much, but I might be. His stuff is rad.
KEEP GOING! (But maybe mumble what the fuck every so often.)
New Leaf
On the 23rd I decided to mix in some exercise with my diet. I’m doing Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred along with 2-3 shakes and 1 healthy meal per day.
Still no booze. Wish me luck over the next 27 days!
I started VLCD a month ago and found you in the tumblr tags. How are you going?
It’s going well so far! I have stalled out since I returned to 1000-1400 cals per day. I lost about 35lbs in 12 weeks and have kept that off so far.Â
How are you faring?
I’ve been fucking around...

Well, I ate/drank/was merry around new years -- back to strictly veggies and Optifast.
I may not have lost weight, but at least I didn’t gain weight!
Ain’t that the truthiest truth
182 -- UUUUGH
Ate food and drank booze this weekend. Back to the daily grind of shakes and ONLY shakes. Gotta get in the 170s and stay there!
WOOOO
170s! We made it!
WTF Weightloss?
Is breast pain/sensitivity a normal part of weight loss?
It feels like someone’s been batting these suckers around in my sleep each night.
