I think it really depends on how you choose to look at it. Personally, I don't want to assume that there's some sort of grand design for everything, because that takes all the fun out of it. If there's nothing in the world to try and discover, then there is no point. But I also believe that it can be really hard and painful to search for meaning in life, so sometimes it's just easier to pretend there's nothing.

*He shrugs.*

In the end, I subscribe to the idea that searching for meaning is, in itself, the meaning. It's just a little hard to look for meaning beyond surface level right now.

Morality is relative and there is no such thing as a good or bad person. Being a "good person" is far too complex to be summarized in a yes or a no. The closest you can get is whether or not you want to hurt people. And I don't. I do not want to hurt other people for my own gain. I might hurt people. I have hurt people. If you think that hurting people makes you a bad person then I'm a bad person, but if you think it depends on context then no, I don't think I am. Really depends on how you look at it.

I think it really depends on how you choose to look at it. Personally, I don't want to assume that there's some sort of grand design for everything, because that takes all the fun out of it. If there's nothing in the world to try and discover, then there is no point. But I also believe that it can be really hard and painful to search for meaning in life, so sometimes it's just easier to pretend there's nothing.

In the end, I subscribe to the idea that searching for meaning is, in itself, the meaning. It's just a little hard to look for meaning beyond surface level right now.
