What is your OC most looking forward to in the next chapter of their romantic (or sexual) life?  Do they even have a clear plan or idea about what will happen next?

Crenic gets bits of visions of the future with his Echo, so he knows there's a daughter coming. But his plans and what he is looking forward to, is a bit of peace and settling down and getting to enjoy some safe tranquility in a place they're building together that they won't be run out of

Something Borrowed: How long did it take your OC to trust their lover or spouse?  If they actually trust them at all of course…

With Crenic, it was a very slow build up. They were assigned together, and Crenic was so focused on what he was on the Ilsabard contingent for that he didn't pay much attention to the other people in his squad. First started when Crenic got a combo of stabbed/shot for Rin, who in turn kept him stable and safe enough until they got rescued, and stayed with him while he recovered. Trust building up as Rin helped look for signs of Crenic's sister, and other troubles they were getting into, the trust building up stronger and deeper over the several months.

Crenic's favourite has become Rin's famous crab cakes.

Rune's favourite is a good curry.

Azha's favourite food is any kind of dumpling.

Least, hmmm a good question I haven't thought much about least favourites tbh, especially since a bunch of my characters are not picky eaters/learned to take what they can get, I'd have to give it more thought!

since I answered this for Crenic, someone else that does have something is Nuriel~ The ribbon he wears to tie his hair up was a gift from Aki that he keeps with himself always.

and he does! the choker Crenic wears was a birthday gift that Rin hand-made, knowing that the scar around his neck bothers him so it could hide it, with Rin's name inscribed on the inside of it.

Crenic is a good cook, from learning to survive on his own as a Woodwarder, to travelling around and learning different recipes and techniques. He does have a bit of a sweet tooth and enjoys making and baking some sweets for sure

And he is, unfortunately, a morning person, the kind to wake up usually almost as soon as the sun is rising to be up and about.

Crenic - He was so very much used to eating alone all his life. And totally fine with it. And now suddenly he's married and with kids and enjoys so much to have a table full of people | He is a pretty good cook! He's pretty good in the kitchen overall and really good at improvising with whatever he has on hand. It's just that compared to Rin who's professional levels good he tends to get outshined in that area

Rune - Alone, absolutely. He's just not much one for company overall, and having a huge appetite thanks to Kirash can make eating in front of people awkward | He's alright. Makes some nice stuff, even some really good ones sometimes by luck just don't expect him to recreate it

Azha - He's very much very used to spending a lot of time alone even if he would actually prefer having meals with company but it's fine really he's used to it he's fine | Azha is a very good cook, actually!

Cain - Being such a friendly, charming, charismatic person, Cain actually prefers to eat alone when possible. He totally knows the many benefits of sharing meals to get to know people, but he very much also enjoys and prefers having the alone time to unwind from people and having to put on a business mask. | He's a good cook like he's a good alchemist, very methodical follows the recipe measures it all kind of approach to it.

What memories or information do they have regarding their parents’ relationship? To what degree doe this influence their attitude to their own relationships? How aware of this are they?

Crenic knows his parents are happily together in the Skatay Range, or together as much as Viera traditions are. But he remembers his father's visits foundly when he was a kit at the village still, how loving and sweet they were with each other too. It does influence his own views and attitude to having a partner, but it's not something he actively thinks about even if he would recognize it if he did.

Rune's mother died when he was born, so there are no memories of his parents together. He does know his father was furious at her death and he's heard of how much he loved her. After all he's done to him, Rune isn't sure he believes that man being capable of love.

Azha's parents were very passionate and people full of life and he remembers them that way, before things got bad right before their deaths, and while Azha himself isn't seeking a lovey cuddly clingy relationship, he wants someone to devote himself to. He doesn't really associate the two things consciously.

Because Ruuj's father left the area around their village completely when their mother died, and both him and his brother were passed on to someone else to raise, he doesn't have much information on what their relationship was like before either. But it does influence in him working his best to be an attentive, present, caring partner. It's something he's very aware and a very conscious decision of his

What is something new to which your OC’s lover or spouse has introduced them?

Crenic is older and well traveled, so from Rin is was mostly the kind of care, patience, love, and softness that he hadn't really known much before.

Vox got Cedrik to leave the Skatay Range, so he basically introduced him to the rest of the world at large.

While Xacto introduced Rumare to being a proper person.

10. Do they need their hands occupied a lot? If so, what do they do?

Crenic does tend to fidget when nervous, or try to be doing something with his hands. Most commonly when nervous it's adjusting his bracers, or his hair, sometimes his ears. Since he's also usually found with his journal or a book, playing with the pages or a quill or pen or something is pretty common too. Or, you know, cuddling with his husband and playing with his hair and ears or tail.

Azha tends to tap his fingers if he'd idle. When out scouting he sketches often too, either something relevant or to pass the time. And alone at home he does play the guitar as a way to keep his hands busy.

Cedrik tends to keep his hands busy more in a practical sense. Fixing or mending something, sharpening his weapons or making arrows, keeping a productive busy most of the time.

Nuriel would make a joke that since he's missing two fingers he's got two to keep busy.

To what degree was love and/or commitment on your OC’s agenda at the point they met their current lover or spouse? Was it something of which they had always dreamt? Or did it come as a surprise – welcome or otherwise…?

For Crenic, not at all. romance, love, or anything of the sort was nowhere near his radar or thoughts. He'd joined the Ilsabard contingent with hope, and intention, to find something in Garlemald that could give clues or hints about his missing sister. And while he ended up being right about that, he also met up with Rin, which turned into a most welcome surprise.
