I’m curious, what is your opinion on each of these Nicki Minaj songs?
I know that “Do We Have A Problem?” by Nicki Minaj ft. Lil Baby is kind of controversial in terms of song quality considering it is Nicki Minaj. So, I just wanted to know, what do you think?
Just listened to “Manic” by Halsey, (2020), last week. This is honestly one of the best albums I’ve ever listened to. Not only is almost every song on the track list super catchy, but the storytelling and track line up is impeccable. If you haven’t given it a listen, I suggest you do so!
I’m curious as to what you guys’ top 5 favorite album covers are.
Mine:
1. Imagine Dragons - Origins
2. Logic - No Pressure
3. Princess Nokia - 1992
4. Kiddo - Jessie Reyez
5. Manic - Halsey
After hearing about the Corinne Bailey Rae song cover by Ritt Momney, I decided to do more research on Rae. This video was extremely insightful and I recommend giving it a listen if you also want more information on the British singer and songwriter, Corinne Bailey Rae.
Gosh, Google is so shady!
Had a chance to listen to “Daytona” by Pusha T released in 2018. Definitely one of my favorite albums to date. I’d say my two most favorite songs off of this album are “The Games We Play” and “Infrared”. The sample used on “Infrared” is ABSOLUTELY SICK!
Answers by Lootpack is absolutely one of my favorite instrumentals from a rap song!
What are your top five favorite beats from Aaliyah songs?
I’ll go first:
1. Back in One Piece ft. DMX (2000)
2. If Your Girl Only Knew (1996)
3. We Need A Resolution (2001)
4. More Than A Woman (2002)
5. Are You That Somebody (1998)
Pharoahe Monch - Desire (2007)
Controversial Opinion: These two albums were two of my least favorite to listen to.
Cuz I Love You by Lizzo: This album was okay but it was very hit or miss and had the tendency to be slightly corny at times.
Megalithic Symphony by AWOLNATION: Aside from Sail, I could not get into this album. It was overall extremely generic and the only thing that gave it energy in my opinion was the concert clip music videos.
One of my favorite videos ranking XXL freestyles from worst to best. Honestly, I can’t really decide whether to call this a roast or ranking video! It goes hard!
Was doing a little bit of music research on Google and found this. Is the Google search suggestion sober?
Can you name your top five favorite albums?
Mine:
1. El Camino -The Black Keys
2. ATLiens - Outkast
3. Sounds of A Woman - Kiesza
4. Desire - Pharoahe Monch
5. Hive Mind - The Internet
One of my favorite memes to date!
Let me know down in the comments what your favorite Kanye meme is!
Random question, how do you feel about Outkast’s 2006 album, “Idlewild”?
My opinion: This movie soundtrack album didn’t really suit my musical tastes so I didn’t care for it too much although, the quality obviously wasn’t the problem. One song that I did like however, was “PJ & Rooster”.
Album Suggestion:
If you’re looking for a new album to listen to, check out “Sounds of A Woman” by Kiesza (2014).
