So I know looking at my vote, you may think I'm crazy. But I need to make a stand. FAST BUTTON PRESSING DOES NOT A RHYTHM GAME MAKE. A rhythm game must be about RHYTHM, like Rhythm Heaven or ADOFAI, which focus on the rhythm of things over any kind of speed. I can't vouch for certain for Guitar Hero, but I've not found DDR to be all that rhythm focused from what I've played, while I've found geometry dash, though visually not a rhythm game, works with the game's music to produce rhythms. Hardcore FnF mods are the most egregious to me. Many of the most difficult mods for that game have charts that are unaligned with the music, and all it boils down to is memorization, dexterity, and reaction speed.

Now, I'm not here to say that these games are not good games, I'm only here to say that they should not be known as rhythm games, because they do not seem to necessitate rhythm. Anyone can enjoy any game however they like, but calling these games that are fundamentally about speed "rhythm games" is a misnomer and I hate it.

Remember, none of the biochemistry actually matters unless you plan on explaining it, including it, or being grilled about it in your story. Understanding how photosynthesis works is a headache and a half filled with diagrams and words you can't pronounce, and you don't really need to understand it. The end result of the process is more important to understand than the process itself, so you could consider things like whether or not it could produce energy, where all that tasty glucose gets sent, and more.

Progress update - Really do wish I used something that wasn't Fuji

Is fermenting nicely, pretty much done now it seems. There's less foaming and more of a pop when I burp it. Will probably strain it soon and finish it off.

And thus continues my yearly tradition of making jury-rigged ice cider (year 2). This time, I used Fuji apples (maybe a mistake, it smells less good now) but made sure to stop juicing before the ice crystals melted, so it has a much darker color.

This was the first year, note the much lighter color and the greater quantity. Although this time I used SweeTango apples, so the smell was much more apple-y, or as I prefer to describe it, 香, I think using Fuji this year was a mistake.
