"The Sun's Eternal Struggle Against Your Light"
People say the sun is the mightiest light ,
rising each day to scare the night.
Lighting up our world,
With an ever growing golden glow.
But the truth remains unseen,
It's not the world it seeks to win.
It burns so fierce it is true,
Only because it envies you.
For when you smile, the sun crumbles,
Fighting for its throne it trembles.
It burns and burns fearing it's plight,
Afraid to lose to your pure light.
Still everyday it rises again,
Scorching bright, hiding it's pain.
The mighty sphere then accepts what's true,
of forever being dull next to you.
