Hi, I have Cystic Fibrosis and Type 1 Diabetes and I will be going to Disney on a school trip (I'm 16). I won't be with my mum so I'm not sure how things will work if things go awry. I will only be going with teachers who don't know much about my disabilities and I was wondering what I would do for disabled access and such? Also if I was having a hypoglycaemic attack when in a long queue it would feel like a bit of a wasted time (probably an hour or so) is there anything I can do about that? Thx
Hi!
You’ll probably be able to get an access card. You can read about them in the Disneyland Paris Accessibility Guide. With a card you’ll be able to skip queues so you won’t be in as much risk. Cast-members can only give limited help to you, so do make sure there’s someone with you (maybe a close friend) who understands your disability and knows what to do in the event something happens. They can serve as your helper and will be able to skip queues with you if you get the card.
You’ll need a letter from your doctor (or proof that you have the disability), and when you arrive you need to go to City Hall just inside the park to get the card.
I hope you have a great time!

A tip for the parades
If you have a favourite character by or bring a plushy or soft toy of that character and you are guaranteed some amazing character interaction can't express how amazing it is💕

Disneyland, Paris, France.
When this girl arrived at the Tangled stand, everyone around, kids and parents alike, started queuing to take pictures with her. She was probably the most beautiful person I’ve ever seen, she had the kindest smile too and she listened to every little girl so intently. I couldn’t tell if her acting skills were simply remarquable or if she truly was a princess.
