Made this "Pinche Bob" cake to lighten up the mood. It's an inside joke in our family based off of Bob in La Bamba. It's a run of the mill funfetti cake with sprinkles and food coloring witha cream cheese icing.

Decided to learn how to make tamales. Took all day but I made 4 different kinds.

Decided to make the super easy depression fluff cake while in lock down. Just a box of angel food cake mix and a can of crushed pineapple. The topping is whipped cream folded with crushed pineapple and strawberries. We have since put silver sprinkles on it and my oldest now calls it fairy cake.
