As u see, i'm really obsessed with the Final Destination franchise, and i call myself the "Cartex Ambassador" cuz basically I love writing abt Alex and Carter, and I love finding more people who ship them. They're literally the reason why my Tumblr fully exists.
Also I wrote a fanfiction of them called "ALIVE", u can find it on Wattpad in Spanish (User: MandarinaSawayama) and on AO3 is the English ver. (Also the Spanish too. User: Love_CherryM0tion. Actually this translation is still unfinished, sorry :c).
Other movies and shows, and games i like: Carrie (fun fact: my first and longest horror trauma), Dawson's Creek, Glee, Ace Attorney, Skins, Heartstopper, Degrassi, Adventure Time, Pokemon, etc.
I'm a huge music listener (or that's what I swear), usually a popboy so yeah is what u expect: Charli, Taylor (u get the naming...), K-pop, Hyperpop, some alternative, some experimental... I like to pretend i'm a pretentious music nerd /jk.

I was watching a tik tok video where they explain why Nick O'bannon is their least favourite visionary because of what happens in the mall incident. Their take is that Nick should've known that those people are gonna be on death's list after he saved them.
However, when you watch the movie again, you'll realise that's not the case. Everybody has their own death in the final destination franchise, and it isn't different from the fourth film. It's most likely that the main four were meant to die on how they were meant to die.
Hunt and Janet were meant to die together but in different places, and it's involves them drowning. Lori was meant to die at the mall, more specifically being crushed by the escalator. Earlier, her shoelace almost got caught by the escalator. It's also worth pointing out that in the premonition, Nick doesn't die, meaning he survives the mall incident.
This leads me to Nick's death. I think he was meant to be in the cafe,I think he was meant to be run over by the truck with or without Janet and Lori. Nearly towards the end, Nick realises that the mall incident that could've happened may have been ploy to all three of them in the same area.
Nick notices that the word 'it's coming' is scratched out, and when he moves his cast arm, he sees 'it's here,' meaning that Nick, Janet and Lori were meant to be here or at least only Nick was meant to be there.
I think the reason why people dislike Nick is because he's in a bad final destination movie. From the information I told you, it's interesting to see that while Wendy from FD3 died on the train because there was no way out. Fans are holding out hope for her to return in the future even though she would most likely save those people on the train. Despite Wendy knowing what will happen.
I understand this! It is a huge problem in the ‘Final Destination’ fandom.
There are two types of fans, the people who’ve watched the movie and the people who’ve watched the move.
I’ve noticed a lot of people will say things that aren’t true, or go around hating on characters and things that don’t make any sense if you truly understood the movie.
This Nick hate is truly getting out of hand, because he is the STRONGEST visionary out of the lot, he has multiple visions about what’s gonna happen which no other visionary has, they have to spend time looking for clues while its basically just handed to him on a silver platter.
There are so many details in the final destination movies that one watch just won’t account for, and it’s very obvious that some people just haven’t watched it (and to us fans, seems they’ve watched it with their eyes closed).
It’s okay to enjoy a movie, what’s not okay is to pretend like you’re correct when you don’t even understand the points of the movies! It’s hard nowadays to find casual enjoyers vs actual fans of the franchise.

I'll always see my dark Dawson's Creek AU as an exploration that starts out of pure morbid curiosity and becomes an analysis about the changes i made in the characters and a search to avoid repeating the mistakes of Sam Levinson with Euphoria and what they did with Gen 3 of Skins, also avoid the romanticization of monster(s)
Ironically, this AU comes from a mistake in Dawson's Creek itself. The writers ruining Andie and me making her completely worse.
Idk I just wanted her to be bad af.
And Dawson Leery works better as a villain (even if you You're overusing the word and making it something really messed up. Like, seriously crazy, not just your typical Dawson tantrum)
Which makes me a bit hypocritical because I want to avoid what I saw poorly executed while at the same time feeling that I also execute somewhat poorly what I write.
Funny because in the end I'm not even going to publish it until I decide which AU to write in its entirety.
And then I start talking nonsense and being redundant and remembering that I need to be sure while writing the story and just not let myself get carried away with some sick fantasy like what happens with Cassie, or with monsters.
Ironically, because i basically made Andie worse than Skins made Franky worse, basically I'm letting myself be carried away by a fantasy, but I'm looking for analysis so I don't end up romanticizing something that's already a bit unrealistic.
