About Me:

My name is Shahlini Burgess. I’m 43 years old. I’m from Muscle Shoals, Alabama and currently residing in Dallas, Texas. I’m a mother of a 19 year old boy. I’m an author. I began writing as a teen. Writing has always been an outlet to take me from stressful times. I’m currently working on my first novel. I have written a few short stories and tons of poems and random thoughts.

My favorite book of all time is The Complete Short Stories of Earnest Hemingway. I enjoy several other Authors such as Colleen Hoover, James Patterson, L R Johnson @laketaj24 , Jeffery Deaver, and Danielle Steele.
