BUILD A SNOWMAN GAME!
Every once in a while I come up with a pretty fun game for the kiddos and adults alike. This one is great for the holidays and you can get everything you need either from around the house or the dollar store. For 2-4 teams, you’ll need:
2-4 hat 2-4 scarves 2-4 packages of 4-rolls of toilet paper (you can buy a roll of 4 at the dollar store!) 2-4 package of “button” in a plastic bag (this can be fabric with double stick tae or just throw a roll of scotch tape in with each bag) Lay all of these items out in front of each team.
THEN: One giant bag of extra accessories. This can be anything from plastic instruments, to flowers, to sunglasses, to jewelry - it doesn’t matter. Keep this bag away from everyone and closer to you. RULES: Form teams. My advice is assign one adult to each team. Read the rules aloud: 1. You MUST build a snowman from the objects in front of you. Each snowman MUST wear a hat, MUST wear a scarf, and MUST wear buttons. 2. HINT: You should probably use your smallest teammate to be the snowman. ANOTHER HINT: You are building a SNOWMAN, not a MUMMY. 3. When you are done with the hat, scarf, and buttons, you can then come to the accessories bag and use extra accessories for your snowman. But remember! He’s being judged on his whole outfit at the end! 4. You have 10 minutes to totally complete the snowman! Judges: Have remaining kids and adults write down their favorite number snowman and put it into a hat. The snowman with the most amount of judging points wins! Happy Holidays and Have Fun! :)
