I have some unfortunate news about Hohenheim. @dragonfruitdarigan 's beloved 90lbs, black lab/boxer mix has sadly passed away today from a severely aggressive cancer at almost 9 years old. The cancer started in his spleen and spread through his arteries to his lungs and was bleeding internally because of said cancer. He was a very gentle, very kind and loving dog who had the patience of a saint. He loves everyone, especially his family, and he will be missed by all who have had the pleasure of meeting him. I would like to share that the very first time I ever met Hohenheim he wasn't even off his mom's milk yet. We loved each other from the beginning , and as we like to joke, he chose me to be his aunt by peeing on my then lanyard. From then on I was in Hohenheim's life almost as much as Erica(his human mom) was. We called me his "second Mom" and it pains me that I won't get to see his cute, slobbery, handsome face again. It's with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to this gentle giant. There's so much I could say, but I don't have the words to express them. We love you so much Hohenheim and you will be severely missed. 💕 🐾 🌈
