What youâll need :
1 cup or chalice (I got lucky and found this pretty one, but any cup works) Some change Cinnamon incense
Light the incense, and start filling your cup with all of your silver/ higher value coins. While you do this imagine the money multiplying. Once you have the coins in the cup surround whatever change is left around the cup. Now, take your cup and pour it out slowly, remember the sound the coins make on each other, and focus all your energy on the imagery of the coins overflowing your cup Once you are done make sure to clean your change up, and wash out your cup (because change is dirty yo!)
Make sure you ground yourself once you are finished !

Big Dipper âFind Your Wayâ Spread
If you live in the northern hemisphere, this guy should be a really familiar sight. For those of you who donât, the Big Dipper is an asterism that makes up part of the full constellation Ursa Major. It can be used to find Polaris, or the North Star, which was an important navigation tool for explorers of all kinds. This is the first constellation I ever successfully identified and as such is pretty special to me, so I decided to take the meanings of the stars and translate them to a spread! As always suggestions for each position are down below, but the ultimate interpretation is up to you!
1.  Dubhe: Dubheâs an neat one, since itâs a different color from the rest. As one of the two âpointer starsâ it helps guide the way to Polaris. How can you change your perspective and keep an open mind? What tools can you use to illuminate paths you hadnât considered before?
2. Merak: Merak is the second of the two âpointer starsâ. Itâs name is derived from the Arabic for âloins of the bearâ. This position helps to ground the rest of the constellation, and gives insight regarding the issue with which you need guidance. What is the root of your indecision? What is the issue from which all these paths sprout?
3. Phecda: Phecda is an Ae star and as a result is surrounded by a thick layer of gas. For this reason, it represents challenges. What obstacles stand between you and clarity. Whatâs clouding your vision?
4. Megrez: This star is neat cause itâs surrounded by a disk of circumstellar matter! This position for that reason represents the surrounding environment. What supports are in your life that can help you at this juncture? Who can you turn to for help figuring out what to do?
5. Alioth: This star was a really important star in ancient navigation. Itâs also got an A1p (for peculiar) spectral emission which means that thereâs some unique stuff going on in its atmosphere. This position helps provide you with some clarity as to what direction you should go in. What factors of the correct path will give you the most security? What peculiar quality should you look for to indicate the most stable path? Youâll end up with a âfavored pathâ after this.
6. Mizar: This star is part of a binary system, the second star of which serves as a test of skills for naked-eye observers. This represents potential stress that you might face once youâre on the path you choose. What factors will put you to the test? With what will you struggle as you walk your chosen path?
7. Alkaid: Also called Benetnasch, this is the last star in the constellation and represents the final destination of your chosen path. Why is it worth it to choose this option? What good will come of you making the decision to pursue this course of action?

Winter sore throat âteaâ- In a jar combine lemon slices, organic honey and sliced ginger. Close jar and put it in the fridge, it will form into a âjellyâ. To serve- spoon jelly into mug and pour boiling water over it. Store in fridge 2-3 months.

I guess if you like having them kiss your ass all the time instead of calling you on your shit. Kind of defeats the purpose IMO.

I personally don't read with reversals mostly because of how I shuffle and because I like to read the images but when I am reading I like to take both the normal and the reversed meaning under consideration.
Australian witches, I need your help
Australia is rather unique when it comes to witchcraft in âwesternâ countries. We were colonised by Europeans relatively late in history, after the days of witch craze and witch hunts, but still early enough in history for many people to rely on folk magic, brought down under by our European ancestors. As far as Iâm aware, there were never any witch trials in Australia, but there were those who practised witchcraft, leading me to think that there was perhaps more freedom and leniency in regards to witchcraft than there would have been in American and European cultures. There is evidence in many old colonial homes in Australia of folk witchcraft having been practiced, from sigils carved and burned into buildings to animals sacrificed and buried beneath foundations.
So Iâm asking this: please share with me any knowledge, stories, or sources you have of Australian colonial witchcraft. Maybe youâre an historian, or maybe youâve renovated a house and have found evidence of witchcraft, or maybe your colonial ancestors were witches. Iâd be grateful for anything and everything you could tell me.

How do you 'make your own rainwater'???
That was my exact question (saturated in disbelief) when my mum first said it. But the way she explained it, it actually made sense to me.
My mum would fill a pot with water, and cover it with a lid to boil. She explained to me that the heat gave energy to the water, and when you lift the lid the water that falls is your rain. Sometimes sheâd use a lid that was too large for the pot, so the water would leak and fall on its own into another container as it evaporated and condensed. Then she would charge the water with things with similar/same meanings as natural rain water until she felt it was ready.
She lived most of her life in desert, so I thought it was genius improvisation.

Pronounced Uni-var
Used for faster transport. I use it at the train station to have a shorter wait time but really its designed for traffic lights. By combining uni from universe and vert,the french word for green, youâre essentially asking the universe to make your path green.
Visididen
Pronounced Vis-e-did-en
Used to go unnoticed or invisible. Taken from the english words vision and hidden. For best results chant it softly while visualising yourself turning transparent.
Lapagna
Pronounced Lap-ag-na
Used when you just need someone to shut the f**k up but are too polite to say so. Taken from the Latin words lapis and magna, meaning stone and voice. For best results hold a stone or some earth while casting, if theyâre really pissing you off just throw the stone or dirt at them.
Bavarignis
pronounced Bav-are-ig-ni
Used to strike up a conversation or to continue a conversation. Taken from the French word bavarder, which means chat, and the Latin word ignis, which means fire. Basically youâre asking for the conversation to spark or catch fire. For best results flick a lighter in your pocket or light a match.
