got blood drawn today so i was literally required to eat nothing for a bit🤭 still haven't eaten in like 18 hours I think :P and i feel totally fine! but i know im gonna have to have lunch today cuz of my mom.

something i've rediscovered:

not eating is easy. it's literally a nonaction. it can be a bit uncomfortable, but you get used tk it. it's fine.

i have been eating less and have realized that i am not even truly hungry.

i will continue to eat. it is hard to avoid in this house with nothing to do. but when school starts again? i'll be fine. i'll easily go days without eating, i'm sure.

was talking w my cousin earlier about bullshit parents do and bc it was relevant i brought up that i used to cut on my ankles and she was SHOOK. like winced and had to take deep breaths bc of how the thought alone made her ankles hurt. kinda made me feel proud in a way.. that thing of being "sick" enough yk..? ive never had that kind of reaction before ♡ !!
