We already knew that Eclipsa was a very powerful Queen, but now we know she’s effortlessly lethal.

I designed Eclipsa’s attack spells as a homage to Sailor Pluto, who also whispers her spells (the most obvious reference is “midnight shriek”=“dead scream”). 

For research on her wand choreography, I referenced parasol dances like this:
