I recently watched fifth and sixth season of miraculous and I haven't stopped thinking about it since.

So be aware of the spoilers up to season 6 the chained titans

The character that I have been completely infatuated with is Nathalie. Damn do I love this morally grey woman. I know that some people suspect that she'll betray ladybug, but I honestly don't think that's the case. Of course she did some messed up stuff like: Helping Gabriel terrorise Paris, lying to Adrien about his dad, controlling Adrien with the ring, lowkey manipulating Marinette and probably some more stuff that I forgot about. Despite that I think that we can clearly see that Adrien is and has been her priority from at least the second half of the 5th season.

I don't believe she would do anything to jeopardise his safety or happiness, especially not now when she's his only parent. She has finally started to feel free with showing her affection for him. It's probably part of the reason she doesn't want him to know the truth, She's too afraid of losing this relationship. Even more so if she has figured out that he is Chat Noir. Which I'm not saying she has but I wouldn't rule that out considering how much time she spent caring for him.

And as far as her relationship with the council, she clearly is not fully loyal to it. If she were she would tell them Ladybug's identity. I also don't think that she has the real butterfly miraculous; no matter the shape and colour of her glasses this season.

I will stand by this fictional woman for as long as I can.

Just had a thought of Adrien (knowing that him using the turtle miraculous was temporary), as a sort of build up to 'how will Nathalie react if/when I tell her I'm Cat Noir', talking to Nathalie about 'I got to be a superhero today and it was so cool!' when he gets home from school after Chained Titans. And he shows Nathalie the footage and excitedly points out all the cool stuff he did and explains the nerdy name he chose and the whole time internally she's just like 'phew at least I know for SURE now that he's not Cat Noir'.

Dam I love traumatizing characters to the biggest extent.

My new OS, Nathalie’s been suicidal for like two months, now she sees Adrien is doing better so she feels a bit better.

And she’s away, she left, told everything to Adrien cause her father threatened her and she couldn’t stay.

So now « the pressure to die had started to diminish. Surviving was becoming less hard »

And someone knocks at her door, and she’s immediately in fight mode, all tensed up, scared as hell her dad found her.

-Adrien finding out that she’s been lying to him for practically his entire life and that she was helping Monarch who was his father and fighting him using the miraculous of the peacock, the same one his mother used to create him and oh god she can never tell him, because he looks at her and smiles now he looks at her and sees something like a mother and she couldn’t take that away from him he’s already lost so much and so has she maybe that’s the real reason you won’t tell him because you don’t know what you’d do if one more member of this cursed family left you alone again because you don’t know if you could stand one single more of their rejections even though it’s what you deserve it’s what you fucking deserve
