"I went to talk to him (Keith) because it was obvious to everyone that he was out of control in California. He had no money and was spending everything he got. When we (the Who) refused to give him any more money, Keith borrowed $10,000 from our agent, Frank Barsalona. A week later, he asked for more. Frank, understandably shocked, pointed out that no one, not even Keith Moon, should have trouble living for a week on $10,000.
