Please read the following message in full for important details about the event: Date: Tuesday, December 31st, 2019 Location: The Omni Shoreham Hotel - Washington, D.C. 2500 Calvert Street NW Washington, DC 20008 Time: 9:00 PM - 2:00 AM Attire: Semi-Formal (Black Tie Optional) Venue: Blue Room & Blue Prefunction (Red Room), are located on the EAST PROMENADE of the hotel. Social Media Event Hashtag: #GrandioseNYE Event Entry •This is a SOLD OUT event, arrival before 10:00 PM is strongly suggested. Upon entering the lobby, signs will direct you to the EAST wing of the hotel where registration will be held in the Hampton Room. •Coat check will be available for a $10 fee per item checked item checked . Pre-Registration •If you wish to avoid long lines at check-in we recommend you pre-register for the event. Pre-Registration begins at 2:00 PM in the Hampton Room. You will receive your wristbands and be allowed preferred access to the event. Please note, if you lose or misplace your wristband, you will have to purchase another ticket. Parking •Omni Valet Parking r ate is $45 overnight and the non-overnight rate is $28 U Street Parking will be providing event valet parking services from 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM at a rate of $35 prepaid, and $50 the night of the event. U Street Parking will not accommodate overnight guests. All overnight parking must be valeted through the Omni Shoreham Hotel.
