Hi! Its actually all made of craft foam. The brim comes from a craft foam sun-visor. And then the rest is cut to fit my head measurements.

Hi! I'm so sorry to be a bother but I've seen your cosplay photos for Nonon Jakuzure and boy are they amazing! The thing is, I'm attempting to tackle my own cosplay of her (in her original sky blue uniform) and I'm literally stumped... How did you tackle the box pleats of her skirts? I have literally never sewn pleats before and I can't find anything understandable. I am so sorry to be a pain but I'd just thought I'd ask someone who has cosplayed her before.. By the way, I love your cosplays!

Hi! Sorry if this is late answering! My phone only just now gave me the update! I was having trouble with the box pleats myself too! So instead of doing the pleats I inserted godets instead. They are a little easier that the pleats and help to make the skirt have a little more poof to it. I really hope you found this a little helpful!
