Hey peeps that livestream, need some help.

I was streaming on twitch via xsplit and I was just getting nothing but dropped frames, and it got worse as it went on. Dropped the fps and the resolution down, still having a major problem then after an hour it started just blacking out from not buffering i guess. I restarted the computer and router, same problems. Was trying to google but everything that google pulled up was from 2+ years ago and not helpful. help???
