SO historically speaking Serbia is not the most popular (aw). This means that country's keep bombing us (oh no!) Well kept is more accurate as it hasn't happened in like 30 years.

I'm not sure why those specific buildings were bombed but they could've been from:

A- Austria-Hungary 28.7.1914. (After declaring world War 1)

B- Germany 6.4.1941 (Belgrade is well positioned so they were trying to take it over)

C- The allies 1944 (trying to get Belgrade back from Germany)

D- NATO 78 days starting 24.3.1999. (Kosovo war I'm not getting into that today)

It's most likely D judging from the architecture but I'm not entirely sure.

Edit- Its D, specifically on April 29th and May 7th 1999. It was the Yugoslav ministry of defence.
