Make a terrible movie on the cheap. Pay the people involved large sums for the alleged cost of making a movie (special effects, costumes) when really that's just their way of laundering the money that's being transacted with Hollywood traffickers. I think most of the CGI slop being released by these big studios only actually costs 10% of the reported budget and the rest is spent on their masonic demonic parties.
