As requested, Iβm going to put all the paperwork headcanons Iβve stored away in my brain here, including my own interpretations of Contractee and Mafioso ofc
Contractee is a troubled man with a lot of issues in his brain. He has a complex where he feels as though in order to be loved he needs to be used, he needs to serve some sort of purpose, since in the past just being himself has not been enough to have someone stick around. When he met Mafioso and was given an opportunity to become useful again, it was like a godsend to him, and heβs been worshipping the ground his boss walks on ever since.
β’ Contractee is a paperwork guy. He doesnβt usually do the hits, instead his specialty is sitting back in his office and taking calls, forwarding emails, writing checks, sorting folders, and keeping track of finances. Since he has ADHD heβs able to do multiple things at once whenever he gets into a flow state, but if he gets distracted itβs hard for him to return to his original thought process.
β’ Heβs in heavy denial of his feelings towards Mafioso, as that would be him admitting that heβs reaching way above his league. It would inevitably lead to disappointment on his end. So instead he pushes it deep down and keeps his desires to himself.
β’ Mafioso isnβt stupid, he can tell Contractee is more than just loyal. With that, he is relentless with his teasing at times, from holding his waist to whispering in his ear to casually saying βbe a doll for meβ when heβs about to ask for something. It drives Contractee insane. All of these little instances cause him to wonder if his feelings are returned, but he immediately banishes the thought every time.
β’ Contractee has ever-so-lovingly been given the nickname Conny by his boss, and itβs pretty much replaced his real name at this point.
β’ On the topic of being used, sometimes Contractee pushes himself too much in order to keep up with his colleagues, causing him to neglect his own needs in the process. This always comes with a heavy scolding from the boss on how he needs to take better care of himself. If Contractee is visibly unwell and he still tries to fetch Mafioso a cup of coffee, his ass is getting sent straight to bed instead.
β’ Mafioso cares about his boys, and he shows this through physical affection such as cheek kisses, hair ruffling, and snuggling while watching a movie. And itβs heightened greatly whenever heβs drunk. Contractee canβt get enough of it.
β’ Itβs not just the mafialings that work for him. In fact, thereβs an entire network of criminals who work under Mafioso. Contractee started off as one of the grunts but had no trouble working his way up to his current position since his boss had eyes on him from the very start.
β’ Without any hesitation, Contractee would absolutely take a bullet for his boss. Mafioso knows this, and heβs very much into it. Nothing gets him going quite like unwavering loyalty.
β’ Mafioso scares Contractee a lot. Heβs a large, powerful, intimidating man with a lot of influence in the underground scene. Conny will deny it if asked, but he gets aroused whenever he feels that shiver up his spine, the racing of his heart when his boss grips onto his tie and pulls him close, the stench of tobacco overpowering his senses and numbing his brain as he wishes he could be brought just a little bit closerβ¦. Surely this love is hopeless and unrequited. It has to be! How embarrassing.
