i really thought the point of "being lgbt+ doesn't absolve you of racism as a white person" was that white people arent absolved of racism by being marginalized but it really seems like people think other marginalizations make it okay. no being disabled doesn't do it. no being poor doesnt do it. we need to fight against racism actively no matter what.

Coltland AU: Ryland returns to Earth.

Colt has been without his twin for more than a decade. It's been the absolute worst time of his life. He felt only half alive and in a constant state of bereavement. He misses Ryland with an intensity he never thought possible.

When Ryland returns Colt is elated. But he's also an emotional mess. He spent so long grieving his brother - it's like going from one emotional upheaval to the next. And he's feeling a strange fear or paranoia that Ryland will disappear. Or that someone will take him away again. So Colt becomes so possessive of Ryland. He doesn't want anyone else too close. He wants to always be touching him or at least very, very close to him. Ryland clocks what he's doing, but isn't opposed to it because he understands the extreme separation anxiety.

Over time Colts feelings begin to morph. At first he's not even thinking about things in a sexual way, but he realizes he wants to kiss Ryland. He wants skin on skin with his brother. He wants to go to bed with Ryland with no barriers in between them - pressed so close it's like they're trying to become one. He has an intense need to know every single thing. How Ryland tastes, he wants to trace any new scars.

This is how it begins for them. Colt asks Ryland for a kiss and they're both doing a slow slide into a romantic relationship.

Coltland twincest you’ve been running through my mind non stop for the past few days I’m literally obsessed.

The idea of the twins sneaking off at a family gathering because the noise is too much. They end up in their old room, maybe a little tipsy as I way to cope with the amount of people so they’re both already warm and neither are thinking straight.

Colt would be the one to initiate it, leaning in like he was going to tell Ryland a secret but instead he pushes his tongue into his younger twins mouth. Ryland doesn’t pull back, god no he’d lean in closer and let colts hands roam his waist, down to his plump ass.

Sitting on the plush mattress on colts side of the room that they’d shared before Ryland went off to collage, the familiar sheets they’d seen hundreds of times growing up were now getting ruffled under them while Colt pulled Ry closer and closer until he was nearly in his lap.
