i don't understand why jackie stans hate on melissa so much. most of the hate i see is because they are hardcore jackieshaunas and believe shaunahat is a bad ship/want jackieshauna instead. melissa isn't a "nothingburger" character and the relationship between her and shauna serves as an example of shauna's development and spiral out in the wilderness. it also shows more of melissa so obviously she's not some random person who spawned there in s3 😭😭
