if you know me from my kakashi time travel fic, bloodstained hands in a world of white, i've got news: chapter one of the sequel is finally up.
recalled to life
After traveling through time and (sort of) dying twice, Kakashi finally has what he wanted. Obito, Rin, and Minato are all alive and well. Though the Hidden Leaf is different, it’s the home he’s dreamed of for decades, tied with a bow and his for the taking. He just has to figure out where he fits in. Unfortunately, time travel still has its consequences, so he also has to deal with the fallout. Again. (News flash: It’s not any easier on the second go around, especially when the universe is trying its best to make sure he stays dead.)

flowering-eluvice has been relocated to dogflowerloser this blog is being kept as an archive blog for now. i might decide to do something else with it, like turning it into a writeblr or something, but for now it will be inactive and i’ll instead be active and posting my usual jazz on doggoneloser <3

personally I don't think if you're a kid you should be using your real name on the internet. very easy for people to find out too much about you. instead you should spend years using a different made-up name that becomes part of your persona to an arguably even greater degree than your actual name and then when you grow up and find out you're trans you have a ready-made name to switch to even if it's probably like Leaf or something

every year without fail big game companies release multi million dollar games where every hair and skin follicle on a character is rendered and somebody makes a simple game about a goose or smthn that does 100x better than every other game that year and i love to see it every time

idk man, i just wanna write a fic that someone reads obsessively at 3am. a fic that someone loses sleep to finish because just one more chapter and tries to give multiple kudos. a fic that people will leave a comment on every chapter. i want to write a fic that people will recommend to others, that they think nails the characterization and relationship dynamic. i want to write someone’s comfort fic, someone’s favorite fic, or someone’s fic they read when they want to re-read something. i want to be that fic writer. i want to write that fic.

You ever get freaked out when you can see the clouds moving?? And you’re like oh right the sky is a real thing that exists in space, it is not a ceiling, it is not a painting, it is a physical location that I could exist in—not comfortably or for long, mind you, but if there was an enormous ladder to the moon, I could climb it into the sky because there is no Physical Barrier between down here and up there. And clouds are as real and dynamic as anything on the ground level and if you watch them, the same wind blowing on you is also blowing the clouds, and even though they are so big in the even more vastness of the sky, you can still see them moved. I should spend more time outdoors
