Don’t Be an Ass!

Oh i’ve wanted to design these characters for sometime regarding my ocs, and I’m SO happy I did.

Starring Benny the Donkey, Lenny the Angel, and Jenny the Vixen these three reside as “Safety Informercial Mascots” in a dangerous crime ridden island ironically named “Elysium”. 

The premise is simple, Lenny was once a young civilian that fell prey to the constant violence in the city. His young spirit stubborn and not quite ready to pass on to the glories of the afterlife, Lenny dedicates himself to passing on the lessons he’s learned to the very unlucky yet somehow indestructible Benny. With helpful tips…yet…near sadistic methods onto poor dear Benny… it may be the hard way to learn such things but regardless important, he needs to get it through his thick skull somehow.

The catchphrase being “Don’t be an Ass!”

BITTERTASTE IS ON HIATUS

Now I know loads of people are eager to see the comic of BITTERTASTE come to life but honestly, I want it to be the best I can make it to be so it may have good quality for any age to enjoy. 

So for that comic to come to life I need to work on four things

Tweak the blog up so It’s comfortable for reading and viewing, and make it visually pleasing.

Create more visual development for characters, props, logos, etc.

Make comic pages in this small burst, to create a small buffer for myself so that I may post weekly with minimal stress.

Practice writing techniques so that my character’s dialogue will sound natural and less choppy and awkward
