coming home is really hard for me.

 i’ve learned how to become a functioning adult in my own apartment with my own life. I buy my own groceries and cook many times a week, I pay all of my own bills and my rent (and am drowning in debt because of the loans i needed to take out to pay it), and i have my friends and boyfriend who I love surrounding myself with. I can go downtown whenever I want, walk to the grocery store and get ingredients for a healthy dinner, and I can smoke & go to sleep in my own, full size bed w no noise

but when I’m home its such a mess. theres barely any food in the house, most of it i cant eat/isn’t healthy (im trying really hard to be healthy now), the bills dont get paid and oil doesn’t get bought, no one cooks or can agree on meals so I’m stuck buying fast food or eating half composed meals that aren’t filling, my bedroom is uncomfortably hot to sleep in- and soon my sister is taking over so any time im home i’ll be sleeping on the couch, and with all of my pets being loud I’ll never get a good nights sleep

I’m just trying to hard to be a good adult. I didn’t have good role models for finances, house keeping, or eating habits and I’m trying to hard to better myself and live a healthy, responsible life style and it all goes down the drain when i come home. I have less than a week left here and I am so miserable and my poor boyfriend has had to listen to me complain about it every day (but he’s amazing and listens to everything I say n cares about me) 

I cant wait to be back at my apartment with my cat and my boyfriend and Richelle (wish Hannah was gonna b there :( ) and freedom and healthy food

I’m not gonna let 2017 get 2 me. not yet at least
