Is the cost of belonging in corporate spaces worth it for Black women? Not just the work itself. The code switching. The hypervisibility. The vague feedback. The shrinking of yourself. The constant awareness of how youāre being perceived. The emotional labor layered on top of the actual job.

You say youāre tired, but are you tired from working or tired of yourself? Tired of dreaming but never doing? Tired of knowing what you want but never taking a single step toward it?
