BB sex is pretty common, so here are some options to reduce HIV risk while having raw sex:
1. USE LUBE (lots of it!)
2. Don’t over douche
3. Relax your ass (i.e. play with it, eat it out, massage it, finger it, and all the other fun ways you relax)
4. Pull out and cum on ass/back/chest/face/etc
5. PrEP
6. Sleep with someone undetectable
An HIV- person has little to no risk of getting the virus from an HIV+ person who is undetectable. An undetectable viral load reduces risk of transmission by 96 percent. Once a person achieves an undetectable status, it is possible to remain at this level provided that the person is compliant with their antiretroviral therapy (ART) medication.
HIV+ persons may get tested every 3 months to ensure they remain undetectable and their meds are working.
Treatment as Prevention (TasP) is an effective way to reduce community risk of spreading HIV by helping HIV+ people access care to reduce their viral load and become undetectable.
