how incredibly frustrating it is to have someone beg you to tell you thoughts and feelings only for them to block you, get angry and gaslight you. i’ve been silenced for so long, i don’t even know how or i can share my thoughts in a healthy setting. why? because i’m constantly shut out. they asked me to tell me my feelings , to share what’s going on inside my head and then they decided to play a game of blocking. you don’t get to be angry at me for sharing my thoughts and emotions. even if it makes you uncomfortable. i deserve to share my voice just like everyone else does.
