- Weigh yourself and take body measurements
- Take progress photos
- Have a bath or shower
- Brush your teeth and floss
- Moisturise your face and body
- Put on a face mask and/or hair mask
- File and paint nails
- Dress up in different outfits
- Style or dye your hair
- Experiment with make up and different looks
- Look at thinspo online
- Read a book
- Write something (e.g. diary entries, lists, tumblr posts, etc)
- Do some cleaning and/or tidying
- Change your bedding
- Make a hot water bottle
- Take a nap
- Have sex if you have a partner available (or masturbate if not lol)
- Watch a film/documentary/TV show
- Listen to music (and dance to it if you feel like it)
- Listen to podcasts and audio books
- Colouring / drawing
- Gaming / board games
- Jigsaws
- Online shopping
- Phone or message a friend / family member
- Go out and meet up with friends or invite them over
- Plan some specific treats for yourself for when you reach your goal weight
- Plan out a future event to look forward to (e.g. a holiday/weekend break, road trip, gig, night out, etc)
