Hello there! It’s been a long time since I’ve posted here! My collection has nearly doubled!

This is one of my custom dolls. She is a truly me 58 that I received almost exactly a year ago on September 15th, 2022.

Demetria Xaliima Toussaint is a Haitian immigrant to the United States. She, her siblings and her father moved to the US when Demi and her twin brother were young. Demi was born a male, but transitioned at age 13. She has multiple chronic illnesses, including Ehlers Danlos syndrome and POTS. She is currently living in Lincoln Nebraska with her family but wishes to move to Tennessee to live with her fiancée Athena.

Demi is one of my favorite characters I’ve created recently! She is very multifaceted and has connections with other dolls in my collection. I hope to post some of my doll bios on here soon so that y’all can get a good look at my current writing style.

I figured I would give a little more info on myself, as well as my amazing best friend, partner in crime, and co-writer of the characters you will see here!

Here is a little blurb regarding Maddie, written by Maddie. :)

My name is Maddie and I helped Skye create these lovely characters! I met her back in 2019 and was quickly introduced to her love of dolls and creating in-depth characters through them.  Although I'm not a doll collector, I adore character design and therefore fell in love with Skye's project!  We started designing these characters a few months ago, and so far it has been such a fun experience.  When I'm not writing, I enjoy reading, rearranging my bookshelf, and listening to music!

Maddie and I met through a third friend of ours, we sort of consider ourselves sisters by now considering the three of us not only have very similar interests, but we somehow balance each other out perfectly! We call our little trio the Writer Nerds due to our love for writing, as well as our love for reading! 

I wasn't quite sure what to post this week, but I think this will suffice as I haven't really found a good schedule yet for posting on all of my many social media accounts and platforms.

Hello Everyone! I’m Skye! I am 18 years old and a lover of American Girl dolls! I have been collecting them since the age of 11 and received my first for Christmas of 2014! This blog is meant to not only share the photos I take of them (This one was taken in June) but also to tell their stories! As someone who is part of the LGBTQ community, someone who has a disability, as well as someone who has a complicated family life, I realize that stories can not always be told with a limitation of 2200 characters. That’s why I created this Tumblr blog to share my dolls stories with you all! Sprinkled throughout their stories is my own! I will be posting my current doll stories as well as some future character ideas I have in mind! To me, my dolls are simply physical representations of the characters I create. Therefore, there may not always be a doll photo for every post! Especially since I write a wide array of characters from different cultures and my doll collection, admittedly, is not the most diverse. Please let me know if there are any topics in particular you would like to see discussed in my stories as well as let me know what dolls you have in your collection.
