Shawn and Gus walk into fhe police station right to Lassiter's desk. Gus starts up a conversation with Juliet but is cut off by a "psychic vision" of Shawn's in which Shawn flairs around and ends up in Lassiter's lap acting as the princess/murder victim in the case. He acts out Carlton saving him giving him a kiss on the cheek and ending the "vision" by screaming and trying to portray being stabbed as if he were the victim. He then gets up and states "It was the knight who murdered the princess." and then runs off with Gus to catch the actor. Meanwhile Carlton is in shock of Shawn's actions and a little interested.

After Jack gets this photo he sends it to Robby with the caption "Did you notice these on your boy today". Robby now off shift and at phone at the time of reading this message replies "Yeah" and downloads the photo for later purposes.

One day Dennis realizes that he has no more underwear left and complains to Trinity about her stealing his clothes. Trinity responds by saying "I wouldn't mind if you borrowed my underwear.". Dennis argues back "Yeah like I could wear them.". Dennis then keeps rambling about how he now has to either go commando or wear dirty underwear. Trinity gets annoyed and offer him a pair black lacy panties that were just a bit to big for her. Dennis taking this as a challenge agrees and puts them on.

In the mourning while they are getting ready for work Trinity sees the lace stick out from the top of his pants and remarks "You're really wearing those to work.". Dennis still angry from the discussion last night and not willing to give in stubbornly replies "Yeah I will!".

Trinity quips at Dennis about the panties but he pays it no mind especially because he wants to win this fake challenge and because they're not that uncomfortable. No one else notices until Robby catches Dennis changing his scrubs after a patient decided that he looked like a better place to puke than the trash can. Robby walks into the room to see a half naked Whitaker pulling a scrub top over his head. Dennis immediately apologizes for taking up the room and quickly leaves while Robby tries to not get a loner at work after seeing the edge of poke out from the top of his scrub pants.

No one else notices this new underwear until the end of the day when Dennis changes and is about to leave with Trinity. He stands by the workstation waiting for Trinity to finish up her charting. While he waits he stretches just enough for his shirt to lift up and show a ecstatic Jack Abbot what he is wearing. Trinity notices this and after finishing up her charts and going to walk with Dennis she knocks his bag out of his hands making him reach down to grab it while asking "Why did you do that?". Jack Abbot still behind him gets  another view of the panties and even a picture. Jack smiles and thumbs up Trinity before going to help a patient. Trinity responds with a wink and responds to Dennis's question with a "Idk, just felt like it,".

This leads to Dennis and Trinity just sharing underwear because Dennis finds out he does not mind panties.

Shawn is always bouncing his leg. This absolutely pisses Carlton the fuck off so one day he decides to do something about it. Shawn is sitting in the chair next to him bouncing his leg when Lassiter places his hand on Shawn's thigh and presses it to the floor and whispers in Shawn's ear "Stop!". Shawn goes red and instead lifts his legs into the chair staying quiet throughout the rest of the meeting.

Years later you have to go back to the camp where you witnessed the death of your sister and what doesn't help is that no one likes you in fact everyone hates you just because you are dealing with such bad ptsd you can't even speak. And when someone tries to get you to eat the chef tries to assault you so you kill him and start your murder spree. 

Not to mention that she goes to an institution, transitions, and gets a job immediately after getting out. Even if she starts another murder spree and then flees and starts another murder spree in the third movie.

Dennis had previously hooked up with Duke before.

Dennis walked into the room and locks eyes with a familiar looking man. That is when it hits him he knows that man and not from a professional work setting. Dennis's eyes get wide and he gets fidgety. He wants to walk out of the room, but then Robby (re)introduces him to Duke and introduces Dennis to Duke as "one of our most trusted physicians" which makes Dennis want to throw up. Luckily Robby gets called over and leaves the room. Dennis and Duke sit in silence until Duke starts to speak saying "Ehh, small world?". Dennis just chuckles and starts his check up on Duke. When Dennis gets up to leave Duke asks "Hey, can I get your number maybe you might want to meet up again?". Dennis nods his head and responds "sure" and grabs out his phone and takes his number. Dennis gets up and is about to leave but not before Duke quips "Text you later." with a smirk. Dennis just smiles and leaves the room. When he sits down to chart Trinity asks "What was that?" Dennis crumbles and slouches in his(Robby's) chair and puts his head in his hands. Dennis then mutters "I've met him before and he's Robby's friend and I got his number!". Trinity's face brightens and responds "What, this is great" she then continues "Also that dude is old like maybe older than Robby, seriously." Dennis gets up to start charting but Trinity keeps going "I get that silver foxes are your type ,but he is like a-uhm white fox.".

Robby is on sabbatical and has a ring doorbell that is motion activated with video. Robby goes to check one of these because he was already on his phone. He opens it to see Dennis making out with a man with a salt and pepper beard while leading him inside the house. Robby is intrigued and a bit jealous so he goes to check the other videos each being another man that looks around his age. Robby still debates on going home until he gets a message from Jack {come home} and then not too long later a notification from his ring doorbell of Dennis and Jack aggressively making out on his doorstep, and at the end of the recording Jack winks at the camera and mouths "come home". Robby starts packing right then.
