“DAMN YOU, KIDS!!”
Sometimes, young children would glue to the swordswoman.
But not in a positive way.
Admiration never blooming in their hearts, they would merely pick on and victimise Beatrix. Her reactions were beyond amusing, her screaming and whining put in doubt the fact she was a fully formed adult.
Chased around while they were throwing trash, rocks and everything they found – the idiotic woman would start begging for help. Someone in this park had to take pity on her predicament!
“H-HELP ME! THEY WON’T LEAVE ME ALONEEE!”
The scene unfurling before his very eyes, was so painfully cringe worthy that Chuuya actually found himself sympathising with the poor woman. Though judging by the choice of projectiles ( empty soda cans, sticks, harmless! ) he suspected her pride incurred more damage than her body.
Heaving a sigh, he traipsed over to the wailing victim, snatching one of her arms within a gloved hand. No sooner had their bodies made contact, that a vibrant, red hue began wafting off his form in continuous waves, disrupting the rubble and litter surrounding them, causing everything to float upwards as if abandoned by the very pull of gravity—Which technically, was exactly what was happening.
Her attackers bordering on adolescence at most, the punishment Chuuya chose to exact was only slight, a magic trick, by his standards. Aiming the debris caught afloat in his invisible net at the small group, a flourish of his wrist sent it all flying in their direction--Needless to say, it did the trick in dispersing them from the area. The glow ebbing off, he unlatched his fingers from the woman’s arm, and scoffed.
“That was one of my three caps for the day, I hope you’re grateful!”
