This is more than an awesome leadership thought. I experienced this first hand this week. How blessed am I?

"If you do not defend your team, you do not deserve to lead. True leadership is defined in the moments of pressure, not just the moments of praise. If you aren't willing to stand in the gap for your team, you haven't yet earned the right to lead them. If you don’t defend your people, you don’t deserve to lead them."
