finally making one ! HI!! call me donut! I'm 18 and I use she/her pronouns. I like to put my art here once in a while!! zero escape mall au part THREE!!!!!!! i dont have a lot of drawings for these guys but i have a lot of words... plus more art below the cut!! the drawings go with the words lmao .

i didnt draw everyone im gonna talk about here so just .trust me bro. picture it in your head !! FIRST. ADRESSING THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM!!!: i fear some people may not like this change but??? it's MY AU and I DO what I WANT. i'm combining luna & diana to make my life easier. fusing them like steven universe basically!! her name is luna-diana. she still works at the bookshop, she just looks a lil different. her parents are southern with a lot of female relatives; they couldnt figure out which one to name her after... her full name is Luna-Diana May-Maisley-Annabelle Tinsley-Herbert. most of her coworkers and friends either call her "luna", "diana", “luana”, or "LD" (if they wanna be cool). OH ALSO! the bookstore has a cat! she's a stray kitten that luna-diana found outside. her name is berenice dracula (sigma chose the second part of the name)

-eric (21) is pretty much all the same. he works in the ice cream shop with nona and akane! they both think his girlfriend is bad news. akane is nice about it!... nona is not.

-mira (21)... has an ankle mointor. she works in the tattoo and piercings shop! this is a great idea! we can all totally trust her!!

-carlos's (23) backstory is pretty much the same as well, he still looks after maria (13). he works a sort of first aid center in the mall, doing all sorts of tasks: tending to injuries, checking for any fire hazards or safety concerns, training the employees to be cpr-certified... etc. maria comes with him to work! -junpei (22) still adopts quark (7)! however, he's struggling to be a parent when he’s barely an adult himself. alice gave him a shop in the mall where he sells all sorts of odds and ends he finds (“antiques”), and she lets little quark “work” with him. -the whole mall loves quark. on slow days, he sometimes leaves the store to go wander around. at first, this Freaked junpei out, but he now trusts his employee neighbors to watch him. quark loves to hang out with maria & sean and get root beer floats from the ice cream shop :] -sean (8) changed the MOST. mostly bc me and my sister think this idea was a missed opportunity!! pack up, this description is long. a young child showed up to luna-diana's bookshop one day, wearing a mask that obscured his entire head. he asked her where the medical books were, and soon vanished beyond bookshelves for the rest of the day. at the end of her shift, luna-diana searches the bookstore to find her cat. she quickly finds her curled up on the masked kid's lap, purring as he struggles to read through the holes in his helmet. luna-diana and the boy talk for a while, and the child introduces himself as "Left". after asking him why he was reading medical textbooks, "Left" removes his helmet, revealing bright red burn scars covering half of his face. LD immediately takes him to carlos, and the four of them (including maria) drive him to the hospital. maria shows sean her own burn scars since he is very ashamed of his own. -sean, in this au, is a Left clone— and an almost perfect one, at that. however, after being caught in a fire, sean was left scarred. the myrmidons then abandoned him since he no longer looked like Left. -Sean chooses the name "Sean" from a book! -he is later adopted by luna-diana's parents. he lives a happy life afterward, becoming friends with maria and quark. he loves to stay with luna-diana at work, reading until the sun goes down. -i wonder what a similar blue-eyed clone thinks of this... hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.......

ZERO ESCAPE MALL AU PART TWOOOOO!!!! spoilers for 999 & vlr ^_^ read more about it under the cut!!

i havent drawn alice for this au yet but her description is important to dio and clover so. here! -alice (27) is a sort of manager of the mall. she doesn’t own it but she might as well!! she does all the work around here anyway. she’s known for giving people in need their jobs, many of the employees here owe her a lot. when her employees get into trouble, she’d rather look the other way and let them fix it themselves than fill out any paperwork or deal with a “Whole Thing”. she’s also known to pick favorites (clover). -clover (19) and dio (22?) work at a smallish clothing store. they surprisingly… get along…? when they do fight, alice is usually the one to break it up. clover always threatens to call her when they disagree on something. they are the worst when it comes to “showing a nice face for a customer”, neither of them will take any shit, they talk back at anyone impolite or rude. this store does not have the greatest reviews… no one in the mall knows all the details, but dio was once a part of a cult. no one is sure if he ran away or was left behind, all they know is that he’s here now! he’s still struggling with. Learning how to be a Normal Person, but alice-- and clover… in a way?-- are great teachers. alice lets him crash in her spare room on most nights. he sometimes sleeps in the bookstore when he wants to be alone.

(screenshot is a traced over frame from mlp equestria girls lmao.) -santa/aoi (25) & ennea (22) work at a skate shop! aoi earned the nickname “santa” after he had to emergency last minute fill in for the mall santa who called in sick. ennea is very shy when it comes to customers but will not hesitate to yell at aoi if he does something stupid.

this all exists in a normal world. sorry guys. no morphogenetic field or experiments or secret old men. they’re all young adults that work in the same mall!

-phi (23), sigma (22), & his younger brother kyle (19) all work at “The Pretzel Palace”, a cafe inside of a book shop-- think starbucks & barnes and noble-- that really sells more coffee than pretzels. (they make a batch every day! no one buys them! they’re still ALL GONE at the end of the day!!) >phi will genuinely stare at stupid customers. like so dumbfounded she doesnt know what to say back to them. >kyle gets employee of the month every month! old ladies love how polite he is, he gets so many tips from them ^^ >sigma gets half of those tips. -luna (23) works at the book shop that the cafe is inside. she loves her job, she does story hour for young kids and loves to give book recommendations. >in fact, luna loves her job SO MUCH that she spends her birthday at work! her necklace was a last minute birthday present from sigma. she loves it a lot and wears it every day. -nona (22) and akane (22) work at an ice cream shop. lotus (40s) owns the place, but has a second job so she isn’t usually there. >lotus calls in seven to fix the broken machines (he's a security guard mall cop type thing). she cant be bothered to drive all the way there to the mall. seven's gotten pretty good at fixing them! i will do a part two with dio & clover and santa & ennea ^_^
