Random, but I was looking up Destry Spielberg and an article popped up about Steven Spielberg having Dyslexia, and it made me hopeful that Destry’s set might be a more empathetic environment when it comes to accommodating Luke’s needs.

I’ve given Bridgerton side-eye in the past for how promotion especially seemed to lack accommodations for him and put him in situations where his reading and processing issues put him at a disadvantage. I’m happy in general to see more people in the arts who have been successful talk about how they manage their dyslexia, like Steven Spielberg, Tom Holland or Zoe Saldana. I hope the Girl set with Destry is an environment that values him and shows that by giving him patience and room for his coping strategies, unlike Bridgerton which chose to stop giving him lines altogether.

“Oh he doesn’t look happy with her” he DOES. But YOU don’t accept it. You call it a set up or fake, you crop her out of photos where he’s smiling or enjoying himself, you remove her with AI. You don’t like her (not that you’re entitled to like OR dislike someone YOU are not dating) and because of that you don’t want to believe it. It’s been 3 fucking years, give it a rest. If you want to shit on Luke and harass him and his GF in the name of “concern” over his relationship, it’s better to fuck off entirely. Find a new actor to follow and keep your fragile mental health in tact.

The dude is hot. Is incredibly kind as stated from all the people who have worked with him. Seems reasonably intelligent. And is rather talented.

Do I wish there were more projects? Sure. Do I really care about vacations or girlfriends? Nope. Live your best life my dude.

I feel like anyone who has beef with Luke Newton is spending too much time on the internet and could probably use a nice sunny day somewhere on the open water. :)
