He is the owner of Retrograde Projects which is “an outlet for random ideas that actualized into the physical”, including different garments & art available in limited quantities. ⠀

“ The growth that comes from taking an idea (a seed) & seeing it all the way through to something physical. That shit is magic, alchemy. It’s an entire spiritual process behind this creative energy we all pull from as artists, I feel it’s my duty to add to that as much as possible. It’s a large part of my purpose. “ - Tone ⠀

“The person who initially inspired me was my grandmother Rose. She was a graphic designer, videographer, & photographer. She would make me her assistant on family based projects. She was the first to put a camera in my hand, the first to fuel my creativity as a child. Growing up my inspiration came from blog era rappers (Curren$y, Dom Kennedy, Alchemist) anybody pushing their art without major backing. As far as painters Jean-Michelle, Warhol, & George Condo are my guys. “ - Tone⠀
