Please read this because it is EXTREMELY important me (a transgender man) and to other trans individuals.

The US Government is currently trying to pass an incredibly dangerous national law for trans youth called HR 2616.

This bill would ban all Federally funded schools from teaching about gender identity or sexual orientation, prevent teachers from using the correct pronouns and names for trans students, remove books with any trans representation in them, and even go as far as to prevent teachers from acknowledging trans identity AT ALL.

Any school that does not follow this will lose all federal funding. This bill would also require teachers to forcibly out trans students to their families, which would be fatal to any trans student with a transphobic Family or just hateful family in general. Trans people are already a group that already has some of the highest rates of being victim to suicide, domestic violence, and sexual assault.

This bill actively makes teachers put those innocent children at such a big risk. This bill has rapidly passed the house this week with support from all 209 republicans, as well as 8 democrats. But, it's still being voted on in the senate, which means there is still time to help stop this.

To help stop this, you can visit 5calls.org (look up 2616 in the search bar), one of the most top issues filed Oppose Attacks on LGBTQ+ Students. Once you put in your general location, it will pull-up contact information for your senator, and give you a script for calling them.

If you are a minor and/or do not feel comfortable doing this, PLEASE repost this on here, or any other platform you are on/can find! This needs to be heard and fought against.

Caine is an Amalgamation of Everyone’s Problems

I don’t know if this has any real meaning in the story of TADC, but I’ve noticed something quite interesting about Caine’s character.

Like Ragatha, Caine is a people-pleaser. He believes that relationships are transactional, and that people will only love him if he can preform actions that will make them happy.

Like Jax, Caine will “reset” when experiencing intense emotions as a form of masking.

Caine will disassociate from reality in a similar way to Kinger.

Caine and Gangle are both artists who struggle with not feeling good enough.

Caine and Pomni both share a deep fear of being abandoned and forgotten.

The only struggle Caine doesn’t seem to share with the others is Zooble’s body dysmorphia. However, he does possess a deeper image problem when it comes to his persona as “ringmaster.” Perhaps this little “bee-sona” he drew is a sign that he wants to be someone else?

This post wasn’t so much a theory, as it was a character and thematic analysis. Also, if I’m not the first person to notice this, then just know that I didn’t mean to copy anyone.

Oh dear god I finally finished some fanart for the new episode!

It’s really scrappy but I just wanted it to exist. 😂 (I’ve been so busy freelancing lately, takes all my energy for fanart drawings).

thinking about how Caine is literally a mouth, and the I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream inspiration, and the fact that he doesn't know how to convey his emotions to the humans in a way that doesn't involve physical emotions, and how all he ever wanted and knew was about his purpose, and how he clearly communicates through the adventures, and ever since episode three Caine has been repeatedly doing horror adventures other than the suggestion box episodes.

Caine has been afraid. So so afraid, but he didn't know how to communicate that other than through adventures. He reached his breaking point after he felt like his worst fears were coming true. He's the ringmaster, the only one keeping the circus together, but he doesn't know how humans think or communicate. He only knows how to communicate through adventures. This whole time, Caine has been trying to communicate "I'm scared, frustrated, and don't feel appreciated" with his adventures, because he doesn't know how else to do so. He's a machine, but like any machine would, he looked towards humans for validation, failing to realize he needed to communicate his fear and sinking dread in any other way.

He's a creative AI. He feels trapped and scared. He's likely stressed from being desperate to please but struggling to listen to the circus members because he communicates through adventures. During episode 7 he was looking for validation, that at the very least the cast likes him... but along with that, Abel mentions that Caine can't come with. Caine wants to leave and understand how humans communicate.

Caine just wants to understand humans so he can care for the others trapped in the circus with him. He wants to understand why humans have so many conflicting interests and personalities, and since he doesn't have any more data than what was given to him at the very beginning of his creation and what humans have told him before abstracting, he doesn't understand how things can be so wildly different from human to human.

He wants to understand. He doesn't want to hate. He wants the humans to understand him. He was just as trapped there as the rest of the cast.

He is a mouth, but he can't scream.
