how can you be so positive in the light of spoilers ;'( (idk if you've seen them) WHAT IS TRUE ANYMORE. I would love them going together to her world. I just need my happy couple okay ;_; trying to be positive about 1x07 looks good, but what comes next ...*hyperventilates*

(I’ve seen tons of spoilers although sometimes I don’t know what episode belongs to each spoiler but...)I freaking love angst. If there’s angst in their love story, it means it works, there are a lot of feelings and definitely they’ll work out, especially because of what comes next after 1x07.*DYING WHALE NOISES*

Alright guys, things are not looking great for Emerald City’s renewal. And before I knew that they would likely be setting up a cliffhanger ending, I wouldn’t have minded just one season of this wonderfulness, I’ll take anything I can get. But, if there is more to tell in this amazingly beautiful world then I think it’s worth a shot to try to save this show! Who’s with me?! my god, I am terrible with these sorts of things, forgive me

No, things aren’t looking great. TV Grimm Reaper expects it to be canceled:

Emerald City is likely to be canceled. Its ratings weren’t terrible for a Friday premiere, but they haven’t stopped declining. Last week’s 0.6 puts it into the likely canceled range, even for a Friday show. As you read the nonsense from the #PRJedi in the TV media about Emerald City being an “event series” remember what that means: If it had good ratings, it would be renewed. Since the ratings are bad, one season was always the plan! (x) (Can that mean that there isn’t actually a cliffhanger? lol) 

But! Tv By the Numbers says it’s still a toss up (same goes for Timeless, guys check that shit out too, it’s so awesome!).

Here are some things we can do:

Watch it live! (WHY CAN’T I HAVE A NIESLEN BOX, WHY? I WATCH GOOD SHOWS, DAMN IT) If you can’t watch live, watch it legally through streaming sites like Hulu or nbc.com if you can. (I understand if you are outside the US it doesn’t count (WHY))

Tweet!! LIVE TWEET! During the show and before and after it airs (I think it’s 20 minutes before and after that it counts, I think?)! Use #EmeraldCity as a priority tag and then, hey, maybe we can get that and/or #SaveEmeraldCity to trend! And fans outside the US, this is where you can really help! It airs twice, once at 9 PM EST and 9 PM PST on Fridays (use google to find out what time that is for you and Tweet away! :D)

Follow Emerald City on all social media platforms and engage! Even if it’s a like! Sharing is great and promotes it. 

Spread the word! Maybe you can get some other people into it too! (Especially if they have a Nielsen box… bribe them them….)

Hello again! I asked you about what your opinion was of a season 2. I agree with you about some of it. I hope hope hope they give them Season 2 and would love to see more because it is really good. more Dorothy and Lucas not half bad either! LOL! wondering what you though the endgame would be for them. Do you think they will end up together by the end? Do you think he will go back to kansas with her or do you think she will stay in oz with him? or do you think they say goodbye altogether?

(first, sorry the delay!)If we have a season two, the logical thing to do is to leave a cliffhanger in season one’s ending, so probably Dorothy and Lucas may be together but not at all, maybe the Wizard of Oz doesn’t approve Lucas and want them to be separated...idk, I’m making that up because I love angst but it can be anything.Maybe they’re together but Sylvie is far away and they have to rescue her...Since the last episode is called “There’s no place like home”, I think your question is very tricky and the writers can play with that, that home is not a place, it’s a feeling so probably, after 98149324 adventures, Dorothy will feel safe as long as she’s with Lucas (and Sylvie pls).Definitely they have to end up together, that’s a must! Lucas has to visit our world because he has to meet Dorothy’s parents but also they must stay in Oz because is the place where they met? Hahah...I want everything? Does this sound reasonable?
